K. W.'s Story

Life After graduating, I went to college (TAMU) where I crammed a 4 year degree into 5 years. Then I took a couple of jobs locally including managing the Taco Bell on Pat Booker Rd. I married Cindi Brooks in Oct '76 then joined the Air Force. We were stationed at Lowery AFB until '79 when I was commissioned and sent to Okinawa, Japan. Our daughter was born there. Georgia. Our son was born there. We were transferred to HQ AFRES (now HQ AFRC) at Robins AFB in Warner Robins, GA in 1986 and have been here since. I left the Air Force in 1992 and was hired by a computer company that provides programming and network support to the Financial Management Division of the Air Force Reserve. I have enjoyed this job ever since. I'm looking forward to hearing from you.
